Denise has over 20 years of safety management experience. Her background experience also includes public safety, firefighting and emergency medical training. She is an OSHA 501 certified instructor, she teaches OSHA 10 & OSHA 30. She is a certified American Red Cross First AID, CPR, AED Instructor. Denise has extensive experience working in the construction and manufacturing industry.
Denise is committed to protecting the safety of the business and its employees. She has an exceptional knowledge of safety rules and regulations and will work tirelessly to ensure a safety plan is in place that helps build the morale of a workforce while improving the fiscal impact from a poorly planned or implemented safety program. She has demonstrated the ability to save organizations money, by reducing injuries, accidents and insurance costs.
Kim has over 20 years of organizational management experience. Her background experience includes being an HR Director for over 900 employees. Her experience includes recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and employee separation. Kim has experience leading national recruiting efforts for high-skilled or executive-level positions. Her experience in both the manufacturing and construction industry have given her extensive knowledge in continuous improvement / process improvement techniques and principals.
Kim strongly believes that an organization's best resource is its employees - the human resource.
